Q. How to logon to Alif Deal?

A. To logon, please create an account using a valid email address on our website.

 

Q. How to place an order?

A. Login with your account details or select 'Continue as Guest' option.

Click "Buy Now" after selecting the product.

Products will be added to your Shopping cart.

Click "Proceed to checkout" option.

Enter the shipping address and Billing address & Click on "Save & Continue"

You will be redirected to the "Order Summary" page where you can add/delete & review your order.

Select a payment mode of your choice.

On successful placement, an Order ID will be generated and you will receive an Order Confirmation on your registered email.

 

Q. I added several products to my cart and as I proceed to checkout only a few items are displayed, why?

A. This is due to non-availability of selected products.

 

Q. What are the accepted payment modes?

A. Payment can be made using your debit/credit card, PayPal, and your bank account. Local payments can also be made through online banking (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, etc.)
